- What Gift Subscriptions are available?
- Purchase a 3, 6 or 12 month gift subscription for a loved one and they will receive a new fragrance handpicked by them every month for the duration of their gift.
- How long is my gift card valid?
- A gift card can be used once and has no expiration date.
- Is there a physical gift card I can send?
- We're going green and hence the e-gift card is the only option right now! Alternatively, you can get the gift code sent to your own e-mail and have it gifted to your loved ones yourself!
- How does it work?
- Your recipient will receive an e-mail with your personalized gift message on the date you have chosen which will include a unique link to redeem their gift subscription. From there, they'll set up their account and choose their perfumes. Gifted subscriptions are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. Once the gift ends, you may choose to purchase another gift or your gift recipient can purchase their own to keep receiving their monthly fragrance.
- I've received a gift card, how do I activate it?
- If you do not have a SimpleScents account yet, signup and your gift subscription will automatically be activated. If you already have an account go to the Subscriptions screen and use Redeem Gift Card option to enter the code sent to you and activate the subscription.
